Refunds
All sales are final. We do NOT offer refunds under any circumstances. Once a purchase has been completed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
We encourage customers to review their selections carefully before completing a purchase. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or product details, please reach out to our team prior to buying — we’re happy to help you make the right choice.

Returns/Damaged Goods Issue
There are absolutely no returns unless it is considered a damaged good. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
To qualify for an exchange, your purchased item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You may visit our store to request an exchange and select a different clothing item.
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase when requesting an exchange. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible.

Store Credit Policy
Your satisfaction means a lot to us! If you experience any issues with your item on our behalf or if you have a valid concern about your purchase, we’ll be happy to offer store credit for the full purchase amount.
Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date it’s issued and can be used toward any item online or in-store. Please note that store credit can’t be exchanged for cash and must be used before the expiration date.
To request store credit, simply email us at theofficialplaygirlz@gmail.com with your order details and a short description of the issue. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours to help make things right.
